What is Concept?
Concept turns an idea, proposed change, or suspected solution into a documented plan.
You may already know what you would like to accomplish, but need to understand whether it makes sense for your organization, how it could operate, what it would require, and what it may cost.
Concept examines the business from the bottom up before recommending the path forward.
Concept Scenarios
- Your company is considering replacing an existing system, such as moving from HubSpot to Capsule CRM, but you want to understand what the change would actually look like before committing.
- You have an idea for improving a workflow, department, service, or business operation and need someone to map how it could realistically work.
- You are already working with another professional who believes part of your desired scope is not possible, and you would like a second architectural opinion or alternative approach before abandoning the idea.
The Concept Solution
Concept includes research into your current operation, intended outcome, requirements, dependencies, available tools or services, estimated costs, constraints, and recommended structure.
You receive a documented Concept explaining how the proposed solution could work and what would be required to move forward.
Typical investment: $500 to $3,000, depending on the complexity of the case.
