What is Design?
Design turns an approved Concept into a live prototype.
Instead of imagining how the solution may look or behave, Design creates a staged environment where you can explore it, interact with it, examine its structure, and determine what should change before development begins.

- You approve the proposed Concept but want to see and experience the system before investing in the complete build.
- Several people will use the solution and need to review how information, workflows, permissions, or interfaces will operate before development.
- You know what you want functionally, but need to experiment with layout, structure, navigation, or workflow before deciding on the final approach.
The Design Solution
Design includes the creation of a working prototype based on the approved Concept.
You are able to explore the staged solution, review how it functions from both the user and administrative perspectives, provide feedback, and identify changes before the final build.
The completed Design becomes the approved model for development.
